WHO IS THIS GUY?
I am self-taught photographer and has throughout my adult life photographed, but in 2010 I began to seriously explore the different possibilities offered by digital photography. I have and will continue to test different types of photography, but I always come back to two main areas: Architecture and Landscape photography.
My photos take its origin in a sentence of the famous American Magnum photographer Elliott Erwitt: “Photography is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with way you see them”
My pictures are marked by a portion realism, but often with a little twist in the form long exposures or a conversion to black/white. I use these instruments to enhance the person, situation or composition that I experience.
It is possible to buy my pictures. The pictures can be produced in the size you wish. However, I make only maximum 10 copies of a single image to keep the pictures exclusive.
Prices are available upon request.
In 2015, I won the award for best Danish photographer in the world’s largest photo competition “Sony World Photography Awards”. There was submitted more than 170,000 images from around the world.
Additionally, I have won several regional and local photo competitions in Denmark and around the world.
